Albainy FamilyAgent is a private, personal-use calendar assistant. This policy describes its handling of Google Calendar data.

Data accessed

The application accesses calendar and event information needed to perform requested scheduling tasks, including event details, times, locations, attendees, invitations, and reminders.

Use of data

Google Calendar data is used only to review schedules, create or update events, manage invitations, and provide requested reminders or summaries. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and sharing

Calendar events remain in Google Calendar. OAuth credentials are stored on a privately controlled system. Limited calendar details may appear in operational logs or be processed by the AI, messaging, and infrastructure services needed to perform a requested task. Event information is also shared with invited participants and their calendar providers when invitations are requested.

Retention and control

Calendar data remains until changed or deleted in Google Calendar. Limited local records may be retained for operation, troubleshooting, and backups. Access can be revoked at any time through the authorized Google Account's third-party connection settings.
